The Credit Risk Intrmd Analyst is an position to support CCB Risk Management and Governance matters. The candidate needs to apply specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Potential for conducting credit reviews, credit approval and monitoring the portfolio to identify credit migration in coordination with the Risk Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing, testing, and optimizing credit policies, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance, and assist in the implementation of those policies, processes and other related initiatives
- Cooperate with the Global/Regional Team to complete the risk related assignments and revert information requested
- Support to the Franchise (RMCO) and handle Governance matters
- Resolve issues and recommend solutions to moderate problems
- Research customer and/or management queries using risk systems and data and support ad-hoc risk policy analyses and projects as required
- Manage risk levels for the entire credit spectrum and prepare risk management presentations for senior management
- Co-Manage/implement Risk Governance Committees and MCA/Compliance RCSA
- Engage TPM process
- Implementation of Ad-hoc project and request
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in independent risk, preference in governance and portfolio management related function
- Knowledge of commercial risk analytics
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a sense of urgency
- Proven ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
- Advanced quantitative and analytic skills required.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
