This role will be located in Luxembourg and the incumbent will be responsible for Custody Product solutions, ensuring the highest levels of product delivery and client satisfaction.

This role reports to the EMEA Head of Custody Global Access
The Custody Global Access product provides services to a wide range of clients including Insurance companies, Pension Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Asset Managers, Banks, Broker/Dealers, Private Banks and Central Banks
Custody is a part of the Securities Services organisation. Securities Services capabilities include a full suite of fund administration and middle office services as well as custody capabilities in 104 markets
This role will form part of the existing product team and focus on execution of Global Access strategy for the Luxembourgish client segment
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution against strategy to increase revenues and margin in line with EMEA business objectives
- Enhance product to ensure Citi’s offering is highly competitive in terms of capability and client experience vs competitor products
- Own and lead initiatives to consistently deliver a leading product and service proposition
- Partner with Securities Services Sales organization to complete RFPs, client pitches, contract and commercial negotiations
- Manage senior client engagement and relationships
- Monitor service indicators to ensure client satisfaction, measuring actual performance and driving corrective action where required
- Represent Custody business in Luxembourg at business and European Franchise governance and management forums
- Drive and ensure compliance of Luxembourg Custody franchise with local and European Franchise regulatory framework
- Maintain industry presence with Luxembourg though industry groups, associations and forums
Knowledge/Experience:
- 5 years plus industry experience
- Strong understanding of the Global Custody business and external environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing change, including introduction of emerging technologies
- RFP management and client pitch experience
- Commercial and contract management experience preferable
- Internal MIS and governance processes
Skills:
- Ability to execute in a large matrixed organization
- Ability to forge strong relationships with senior client contacts
- Define, document and execute product enhancements
- Ability to foster teamwork and develop matrix teams to execute client solutions
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate qualification preferable plus relevant industry experience
