Responsibilities

Develop new CNC programs for production runs or modify existing programs for different machines..
Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates.
Identify and apply appropriate tooling based on material types, equipment considerations, cutting conditions, etc .
Design work holding/fixturing with assistance from process engineering.
Guide operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
Perform quality checks with the machine operator to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications.

Requirements

Qualifications or 3-5 years of expderience in Precision, mechanical engineering or it's equivalent.
Able to work permanent night shift
