The One Design, a leading interior design firm, is currently seeking a highly talented and motivated Interior Designer and Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the project's lifecycle, including scheduling, procurement, and construction administration.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies, integrating innovative solutions into our projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Strong project management skills, with at least 3 years of experience managing interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and spatial planning.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Communication is must
Driving License is a must.
