Job purpose:
People Experience Partner drives people-centricity and is the key to enhance employee experience, engagement and well-being in Chanel. As primary contact point to employees on employee matters, People Experience Partner proactively curates a meaningful journey throughout the employee lifecycle, identifying and improving critical touchpoints to attract, welcome, engage and retain people / talents.
Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee employee populations of FBP Division
  • Supporting employees for their needs and service along their career journey in Chanel in accordance with Chanel people policy, practices and operations guidelines, starting the on-obarding throughout the exit from Chanel organizations
  • Partner with Line Manager to create greate people experience and enhance employee engagement
  • Work closely with market BP and HRBS team for people movement process
  • Partner with HR Workplace Right manager to ensure people wellness are supported and compliant with legal requiremetns and Chanel philosophy
Qualifications:
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • People and service oriented
  • Good interaction/communication skills
  • Good at numbers and analytics skills
  • Pay attention to details, agile, self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and manage multi tasks
  • Professional in MS Office
