As a Software Validation working student, you will support your team with the following tasks:

• Test software solutions for the programming of the company’s microcontrollers (PSoC4, PSoC6, XMC, Bluetools, etc.);
• Follow all processual rules and practices to ensure the delivery of quality products ;
• Support Quality reporting;
• Take part in new test methodologies and test systems development ;
• Perform feasibility tests and planning tasks ;
• Test cases automation via writing scripts in Python;
• Debug issues and triage the failures ;
• Collaborate with other colleagues from different expert areas, namely software, digital hardware, operations, and marketing;
• Work in Agile teams and execute assigned tasks during sprints;
• Help enable continuous improvement and innovation.

You are a team player with great communication and organizational skills. You have a goal-oriented mindset and good problem-solving skills.

We believe you will be a great fit for this role if you:

• Are in your 4 th year of a degree in Computer Science, Programming or any similar field;
• Have basic experience in Software/Firmware development or QA automation;
• Have programming skills in Python;
• Have some experience with Test Planning, Test Case Development, and Test Methodologies;
• Have knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira) and debugging methods;
• Have scripting language experience in Bash is a plus;
• Have knowledge of Arm Cortex-M architecture is a plus;
• Have a good command of English.
