Job Description

LOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME?
Pullman Auckland is looking for talented and passionate Food & Beverage experts wishing to expand their knowledge in a 5-star hotel environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Providing attentive and personalised service for all guests and visitors to ensure a memorable experience
• Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guest
• Providing general waiting duties and proactive table service in both Restaurant and Bar
• Exceptional personal presentation
• Daily set up of the Restaurant throughout the different meal periods, ensuring immaculate presentation and a warm atmosphere are provided

Qualifications

REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

• Exceptional personal presentation
• Good attention to detail and a nature that successfully connects with all guests
• The right to work in New Zealand
• Flexibility of availability – able to work across a 7 day week shift pattern, including late nights.
